Mike Breeze MCILT

Mike became a management consultant in 1996, working with
national and multi national clients in a series of transformational change programs. These have included a leading national retailer, a global agro-chemical business, a European food/ ingredients manufacturer and a European logistics operator. Projects have included global supply chain rationalisation, business turnaround, logistics solution design, operations efficiency improvements,
contact strategy development, balanced score card design and rollout.

Prior to his consulting career Mike managed national operations in logistics and fleet services and was Managing Director of a
national delivery network.
