• For a major UK cement manufacturer: Full review and process mapping of all operational processes across 3 sites formed the basis of this Organisational Excellence Project, identifying cost reduction opportunities of £2.34m p.a. and a plan for implementation.
  Designed and implemented new ways of planning, executing & controlling maintenance costs, improving data integrity and subcontractor management.
